Grilled Shrimp Salad with Orange Ginger Vinaigrette

Dressing


  • 1/4 cup orange juice (fresh squeezed)
  • 1/4 to Red wine vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons of Raw honey
  • 2 tablespoons minced ginger
  • 1/2 cup of extra virgin olive oil 
  • 2 teaspoons of soy sauce 
  • Fresh basil
Salad 

  • Shrimp (salt and pepper to taste) drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and grill 
  • Green leaf lettuce
  • Oranges
  • Wild blueberries 
  • Blue cheese crumbles 
  • Honey toasted almond slivers
  • Thinly sliced green apple
Combine all ingredients in bowl, toss and drizzle with vinaigrette ENJOY!
