- 1/4 cup orange juice (fresh squeezed)
- 1/4 to Red wine vinegar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons of Raw honey
- 2 tablespoons minced ginger
- 1/2 cup of extra virgin olive oil
- 2 teaspoons of soy sauce
- Fresh basil
Salad
- Shrimp (salt and pepper to taste) drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and grill
- Green leaf lettuce
- Oranges
- Wild blueberries
- Blue cheese crumbles
- Honey toasted almond slivers
- Thinly sliced green apple
Combine all ingredients in bowl, toss and drizzle with vinaigrette ENJOY!
